Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion


By embracing inclusion and diversity, we enhance our work environment and drive business success. Inovalon strives to reflect the diversity of the communities in which we operate and of our customers. We endeavor to create a culture of inclusion in which our associates feel empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work and pursue their professional goals in a setting of equity. Fostering such a culture welcomes different perspectives and generates innovation and growth.

Inovalon promotes diversity and inclusion through various initiatives including the creation of internal associate networks and building meaningful diversity, equity and inclusion partnerships. We currently empower eight affinity groups to create a community for underrepresented groups and offer development and mentoring opportunities to ensure everyone feels welcomed and their voices heard.

As of December 31, 2020, women represent 47% of Inovalon’s associate population, and minority or underrepresented populations were 42% of our associate population.
