Inovalon promotes diversity and inclusion through various initiatives including the creation of internal associate networks and building meaningful diversity, equity and inclusion partnerships. We currently empower eight affinity groups to create a community for underrepresented groups and offer development and mentoring opportunities to ensure everyone feels welcomed and their voices heard.
As of December 31, 2020, women represent 47% of Inovalon’s associate population, and minority or underrepresented populations were 42% of our associate population.
