The Consumer Insights Analyst will support product execution functions for creation and launch of new products, projects and feature enhancements. This includes participating in every stage of the production life cycle and serving as the liaison with business users, Marketing, Customer Support, and Information Technology teams collaborating on feature prioritization, timelines, schedules, metrics and reporting. They will research market and competitive trends and prepare communication to stakeholders and customers on project outcomes new enhancements added to the production environment. The product analyst will also be responsible for reviewing, interpreting and analyzing product usage trend data and supporting analyses to improve the product.</p> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise regarding Inovalon’s consumer products, identifying necessary system developments, feature enhancements, and their impact on current and future market demand;</li> <li>Create tracking mechanisms to continuously monitor the accuracy of data inputs driving the measurement and evaluation processes of senior care providers to ensure the product maintains standards and goals;</li> <li>Respond promptly to any operational issues that arise and track items as appropriate;</li> <li>Track and manage deliverables as Inovalon launches new consumer product features and enhancements;</li> <li>Participate in product planning activities and provide support to the Consumer product lead to help develop and maintain product artifacts including tasks, timeline, milestones for the product business plan;</li> <li>Assist in the development and management of a library of process maps, business requirements and business artifacts including business cases for enhancement requests;</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery of ongoing tasks related to compliance, training, marketing, billing, and other priorities;</li> <li>Support Product Owner in planning and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new product features, enhancements, and defect remediation and assisting in product testing prior to release to production;</li> <li>Perform quality assurance on reporting to ensure that all product related information is accurate and up to date and coordinate with Release Management (RM) teams for code testing and promotion of code to Production;</li> <li>Extract data using SQL and create reporting as requested;</li> <li>Work closely with Customer Support and IT teams to prioritize and monitor customer inquiry submissions in the backlog, troubleshoot problems related to the web portal to ensure that all requests are resolved in a timely manner; &nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain industry expertise in within the consumer technology sector;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3-5 years of business, marketing, consumer product management or healthcare experience;</li> <li>Possesses excellent communication, organizational and observational skills;</li> <li>Proficient problem-solving skills with good judgment and decision making;</li> <li>Knowledge and experience in SQL or strong knowledge of Excel;</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Medicare or Medicaid and demonstrated project management experience a plus; and</li> <li>Ability to apply technology solutions to client/market requests.</li> </ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master's degree in&nbsp;Healthcare, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Research or a related field of study required;</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
