Corporate Marketing Manager

<p>Inovalon is seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager who can help drive and execute upon the go-to-market strategy for our B2C solutions, to build brand awareness and create demand and adoption of our platforms.</p> <div> <div> <div> <p>The Corporate Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The Coporate Marketing Manager will drive the development of assets, in close partnership with Product Management to support platform adoption, and our differentiated value proposition.</p> <p>You will develop relevant, credible and differentiated positioning and messaging for our Consumer solutions through innovative and creative marketing campaigns. You will execute demand generation campaigns designed to dramatically drive awareness and demand and measure and analyze the effectiveness of the campaigns to implement ongoing improvements and enhancements based on campaign results.</p> </div> </div> </div> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Soley focusing on B2C support for our product line</li> <li>&nbsp;Drive digital marketing strategies for social media execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop, manage and maintain social media presence and track performance</li> <li>&nbsp; Ongoing refinement of consumer solution positioning and messaging that differentiates Inovalon in the market;</li> <li>Manage and execute upon an integrated marketing plan, developing the strategy of the marketing programs that drive demand for Inovalon’s consumer solutions</li> <li>Lead the development of solutions-based and thought leadership content, including website copy, lead generation, videos, resource center posts, infographics that support the marketing effectiveness of Inovalon consumer solutions;</li> <li>Plan the marketing support surrounding the launch of new solutions and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;</li> <li>Work collaboratively across various groups including: Product Management, Creative, Communications, and Operations</li> <li>Drive competitive analysis and positioning to influence Inovalon solution value proposition;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;</li> <li>Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and</li> <li>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;</li> <li>4-5 years of experience in B2C marketing</li> <li>Experience working on social media platforms</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills;</li> <li>High energy, enthusiasm and initiative; and</li> <li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
