<ul>
<li>Support the IT Security & Audit team with day-to-day work that covers various activities across the department;</li>
<li>Assist with audits and control oversight management;</li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments;</li>
<li>Lead or assist in the completion of projects, artifacts and/or process improvements, as assigned;</li>
<li>Participate in departmental and/or staff meetings;</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li>
<li>Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures; and</li>
<li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and in teams;</li>
<li>Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities;</li>
<li>Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, engaging and professional manner;</li>
<li>Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment;</li>
<li>Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers;</li>
<li>Basic technical writing skills;</li>
<li>Ability to write audit reports;</li>
<li>Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills;</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain confidentiality; and</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills including written communication and verbal communication skills;</li>
</ul>
Education
<ul>
<li>Must have junior, senior, or graduate student status in a degreed program at a 4-year accredited college/university;</li>
<li>Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology, IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field of study at an accredited college/university;</li>
<li>Must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA;</li>
<li>A copy of your most recent unofficial transcript will be required for consideration.</li>
</ul>
<p>Travel for this position will include less than 5%, usually for training purposes.</p>
