If this sounds like the kind of company you’d like to work with, we’d love to meet with you!</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science</li> <li>You spent at least 3 years as a consultant on technical projects</li> <li>People regard you as having strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>You are experienced in sFTP and API integration projects</li> <li>People like to work with you</li> </ul> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You work with customer/end-users to gather and translate the business needs into detailed software requirements (Functional/Non-Functional, Integration and technical specifications)</li> <li>You perform system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services/APIs, utilizing development tools, including potential source code and system configurations investigation, during analysis</li> <li>You lead and guide testing and troubleshooting of system features during implementation, including documenting defects, errors and solutions by performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis)</li> <li>You become fluent in engineering process and maintain relationships with key technical subject matter experts</li> <li>You engage technology, product and operational experts as applicable to advise / create solution options that mitigate risks and ensure a successful solution roll-out</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
