Senior Product Manager (Tele-Health)

Join our team and help make ABILITY a great place to do great work.</p> <h5>Job Purpose:</h5> <p>ABILITY has an opportunity available for a Senior Product Manager to assist in creating and bringing to market new strategic products. Product Management provides leadership in the development and execution of business strategy behind ABILITY’s explosive product growth. This role drive a clear, consistent and repeatable process to understand the market opportunity and de-risk the innovation lifecycle. As a key leader you will own the strategic roadmap, requirements and lead collaboration of cross-functional teams at every stage of the development and go to market cycle.</p> </div> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Lead the strategic process to identify corporate aligned product innovations that meet urgent unmet needs for large customer segments that have a high propensity to pay</li> <li>Conduct research and develop business models that evaluate opportunity potential and risk</li> <li>Create strategic product roadmaps that optimize ABILITY investments to generate growth</li> <li>Decompose roadmaps into sequenced, actionable product backlogs &amp; requirements</li> <li>Partner with Engineering to successfully deliver new products and new product versions</li> <li>Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure comprehensive go-to-market success (including and not limited to helping create product positioning, messaging, target markets and pricing)</li> <li>Partner with Program Management and Customer Service to operationalize product releases</li> <li>Monitor post release product performance and optimize to meet corporate objectives</li> <li>Strong Strategic talent that brings creative anticipation, imagination, and persistence to the company and products. Must be able to quickly weigh alternative paths and determine the one that will work best and most efficiently. Always able to find the best route moving forward</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> <li>Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h4>Minimum Required:</h4> <div> <ul> <li>BA or BS degree</li> <li>Minimum 7 years’ of experience with demonstrable accomplishments in Health Care, strategic product management, business strategy, financial / business modeling and analysis, business plan development, market/industry research and competitive analysis</li> <li>Superior Strategic Thinking: seeing and understanding patterns, weighing various paths and determining the one that will work best and most efficiently for current and future situations</li> <li>Proven track record in building new products and introducing them to market</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with customer feedback tools and quantitative analysis</li> <li>Excellent written and oral presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to communicate to senior management</li> <li>Great organization skills and ‘get things done’ attitude</li> <li>Ability to travel 10% of time</li> </ul> <h5>Preferred:</h5> <ul> <li>Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, MS or PhD) preferred</li> <li>2 years of experience in telehealth</li> </ul> <p><em>Individuals seeking employment at ABILITY are considered without regards to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.</em></p> </div>
