<p>Avalere Health is seeking a&nbsp;PMO Coordinator&nbsp;candidate to join its Project Management Office (PMO) team.&nbsp; The PMO provides operational support to the advisory service business by creating and deploying processes, facilitating training and technical assistance, and delivering support services.&nbsp; The team partners with key stakeholders across the firm, including consultants, Practice leaders, and Corporate Services.</p> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Support the day-to-day operations of the PMO team</li> <li>Manage firm subscriptions to publications and information resources: <ul> <li>Communicate with vendors, coordinate purchases, process invoices, and manage budget</li> <li>Maintain user access information</li> <li>Support access to resources</li> <li>Educate staff on availability of resources</li> </ul> </li> <li>Serve as an administrator within the timekeeping system: <ul> <li>Track weekly submission of timesheets</li> <li>Follow-up with staff when timesheets are not submitted by the deadline</li> <li>Communicate any barriers staff are experiencing to timesheet submissions</li> <li>Support timesheet entry as required</li> </ul> </li> <li>Serve as the training coordinator for the Associate Immersion Program</li> <li>Assist with monitoring achievement and reporting on financial and delivery metrics</li> <li>Ensure that project and staffing changes are communicated and reflected in management systems</li> <li>Develop and update tracking documents across projects and practices</li> <li>Develop and maintain calendar of team milestones and planned communications</li> <li>Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <div> <div> <div> <p><em>Minimum Requirements:</em></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Office skills</li> <li>Ability to influence team members of all levels (junior staff to executives) and work successfully in a matrixed environment</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently</li> <li>Experience working in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration</li> <li>Demonstrated experience maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve solutions oriented goals</li> <li>High level of discretion for confidential work and information; ability to appropriately handle critical information and sensitive situations.</li> <li>Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines; detail-oriented;&nbsp;flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and shift priorities simultaneously.</li> </ul> <p><em>Additional Skills &amp; Competencies:</em></p> <ul> <li>Possesses an inquisitive nature, desire to learn, analytical approach to problems, and strong orientation to detail</li> <li>Interest in healthcare topics</li> </ul> <p><em>Avalere is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
