Join us and get ready to make your mark on healthcare!</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have earned a bachelor’s degree</li> <li>You have spent at least 6 years gaining professional experience working with senior-level executives</li> <li>People regard you as a great leader due to your willingness to coach and teach others</li> <li>Your knowledge of healthcare issues and the life sciences industry is phenomenal</li> <li>People believe you are ethical, confident, and creative</li> </ul> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You create a target business plan that includes focus on BD strategy (advisory services and syndication); market intelligence gathering; and internal coordination targeting one or more functional areas or buying centers in LS companies</li> <li>You organize pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies</li> <li>You lead the development of BD collateral (pitch decks, etc.)</li> <li>You serve as a primary senior relationship/business development liaison with multiple high priority accounts (3 to 5)</li> <li>You lead account engagement planning and budgeting by mobilizing and managing account teams; defining the optimal client relationship structure and content needs</li> <li>You collaborate on creation of business plans and executes tactical implementation of account plans to meet objectives</li> </ul> <p><em>Avalere Health is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
