If this sounds like the kind of company you’d like to work with, we’d love to meet with you!</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have earned a bachelor’s degree in a related field</li> <li>You have spent at least 8 years managing complex multi-million-dollar accounts and multi-year relationships</li> <li>People regard you as a people person</li> <li>Your strong business to business relationship building skills makes you a strong candidate</li> <li>People can count on you to be an effective leader</li> </ul> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You proactively identify potential and existing issues in Client Success relationships, address these directly and intervene when necessary to ensure client satisfaction</li> <li>You identify future project needs of client and minimize engagement disruption through managing service delivery needs internally while ensuring clients' expectations are set and met</li> <li>You develop and maintain strong relationships across designated client partners; in particular, but not limited to, executive level resources</li> <li>You identify KPIs important to focused clients; determine how best to capture those KPIs, create a plan on how to improve those KPIs and implement the necessary steps to create change</li> <li>You support team goals of division are met by participating in strategy meetings, including discussing business development pipeline, marketing strategies, and current challenges</li> <li>Travel for this role is 40-50% to client sites&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
