If this sounds like the kind of company you’d like to work with, we’d love to meet with you!</p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You develop, update, and maintain all training materials for the Non-Clinical Intervention Operations Department</li> <li>You plan, conduct, and coordinate training &amp; post-training for all Non-Clinical Intervention Operations positions as dictated by departmental goals and objectives</li> <li>You develop all training curriculum for NCIO to incorporate adult learning concepts and meeting best practices</li> <li>You report training outcomes to appropriate leadership and make recommendations regarding the release of trainees to independent work</li> <li>You facilitate and evaluate mastery testing of new associate training</li> <li>You develop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys after each training session</li> <li>You provide additional training to identified employees per feedback from management</li> <li>You cross-train other departments and become familiar with their processes</li> <li>You interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine instructional design requirements for the development of training courses</li> <li>You monitor, assess and report on accuracy/quality of associate performance</li> <li>You conduct one-on-one coaching to ensure proper execution of operational tasks</li> <li>You collaborate with leadership in providing consistent feedback regarding performance and productivity, up to and including creation and administration of development plans when performance is below standards</li> <li>You understand non-clinical intervention tasks to assist in development and review of departmental operating procedures</li> <li>You aid management in the analysis of operational systems for performance efficiencies and program enhancement opportunities</li> <li>You participate in group and individual call observation, evaluation, and quality calibration sessions</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer</li> </ul> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have earned a bachelor’s degree</li> <li>You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in development and delivery of training</li> <li>You are experienced in instructional design methods that incorporates adult-learning theory and best practices to meet the learning goals</li> <li>People say you have the strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver content and engage learners in a variety of settings</li> <li>You have solid analytical skills to assess effectiveness of trainings delivered</li> <li>You have effective one-on-one coaching and development skills</li> <li>You can apply principles of persuasion and/or influence</li> <li>You have experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understand how to leverage online teaching systems to facilitate adult training</li> <li>You have strong operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word</li> <li>People say you have a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li> <li>You have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills</li> <li>You can work independently in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>You can multi-task, meet multiple deadlines and handle pressure with tact and poise</li> <li>You, preferably, have NICE call recording software and Articulate Studio software experience</li> <li>You are comfortable with sedentary work</li> <li>You can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible amount of force</li> <li>You can frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects</li> <li>You are comfortable with inside environmental conditions</li> <li>You can travel for this position</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
