If this sounds like the kind of company you’d like to work with, we’d love to meet with you!</p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You develop detailed business requirements that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders and support corporate objectives</li> <li>You collaborate with operations teams to document, understand and analyze operational processes; make recommendations to improve efficiency and measure the results of those efforts</li> <li>You analyze the current system or application, conceptualize and define operational problems, model and present recommended enhancements and modifications, and walk each new enhancement or modification through the development process, from planning and preparation to testing and implementation</li> <li>You develop and define data and project requirements, applying judgement, statistical tests, and data analysis as required</li> <li>You perform validation and testing of solutions through managing and executing user acceptance plans, collaborating with the development team during user testing and complex validation sessions, and responding to technical and functional product questions raised by stakeholders, and reformulate solutions as necessary to ensure that the recommended solution is responsive to the data requirements</li> <li>You analyze the impact of a proposed solution on connected processes, systems, and/or applications to determine the best course of action to achieve the desired outcome</li> <li>You manage projects associated with operational process improvement</li> <li>You assist in the development of road maps and business strategy for assigned product or department</li> <li>You act as the go-to resource to the rest of the organization on operational process improvement</li> <li>You manage multiple sets of analysis and requirement elicitation projects</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer</li> </ul> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have earned a bachelor’s degree</li> <li>You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a exposure to SAAS products as a business analyst or a related role</li> <li>You have extensive experience documenting processes in tools such as Microsoft Visio and working with business stakeholders to inform define application strategies &amp; roadmaps</li> <li>You have spent time with Agile / SCRUM and Full SDLC</li> <li>People say you have excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills and strong business acumen</li> <li>You are experienced in fast-paced and rapidly growing environment</li> <li>You are process oriented, a structured thinker with an attention to detail that enables them to solve problems independently while collaborating across the organization</li> <li>You are comfortable gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>People regard you for you high level of honesty, respect, dependability and flexibility</li> <li>You are comfortable with sedentary work</li> <li>You can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible amount of force</li> <li>You can frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects</li> <li>You are comfortable with inside environmental conditions</li> <li>You can travel for this position</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
