If this sounds like the kind of company you’d like to work with, we’d love to meet with you!</p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You perform quality control over-read reviews of previously completed record reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and overall high quality of the Quality Department staff and processes</li> <li>You provide feedback to Quality staff members regarding accuracy of record reviews</li> <li>You maintain appropriate reporting documents as directed by management</li> <li>You maintain an accuracy rate of 95% or better on all maintenance</li> <li>You maintain on-going proficiency across all product lines assigned</li> <li>You participate in the monthly reporting of trends in errors found</li> <li>You are a contributor to the knowledge base items, training events, communications and creation of best practices for the Quality Staff</li> <li>You participate in other Quality Improvement/Analysis studies as assigned</li> <li>You gather and track data to identify opportunities for process improvement within the company</li> <li>You attend all Clinical Analytics department meetings and trainings as directed</li> <li>You attend Quality Department meetings and trainings as needed and required by Clinical Analytics management</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> </ul> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You are licensed nurse or certified coder with at least 2 years of coding experience</li> <li>You can achieve and maintain the accuracy standard of 95% or better</li> <li>You must not be on a Corrective Action Plan or involved in the Progressive Disciplinary Process</li> <li>People say you have strong working knowledge of medical terminology and coding guidelines and regulations as they relate to Risk Adjustment</li> <li>You are computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications</li> <li>You are professionally skilled in written and verbal communications</li> <li>People say you are detail oriented and can effectively multi-task</li> <li>You have excellent communication skills</li> <li>You, preferably, have quality assurance/auditing experience</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
