Join our team and help make ABILITY a great place to do great work!</p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You consistently attain quota levels as outlined by ABILITY by selling our revenue cycle management suite of products to our enterprise current customers and prospects</li> <li>You partner with our Inside Sales division in both the Acute, Post-Acute and Ambulatory teams to progress leads cultivated with-in current team</li> <li>You set up discovery calls with current customers and prospects to generate new opportunities</li> <li>You conduct on-site meetings and demos directly with customers</li> <li>You grow ABILITY’s revenues through the development of successful enterprise Sales programs that support the company’s corporate strategic goals</li> <li>You collaborate directly with the ABILITY Marketing team in order to ensure appropriate market messaging; lead and demand generation</li> <li>You use professional sales strategies, negotiate agreements and close Direct Sale opportunities that benefit ABILITY, our partners and our clients</li> <li>You develop and achieve weekly and monthly forecasts</li> <li>You utilize CRM tools (SalesForce, SalesLoft, etc.) to maintain business</li> <li>You remain up to date on healthcare industry business drivers and how ABILITY’s solutions can improve the company’s products and services</li> <li>You interface with internal organization (sales, development, marketing, product fulfillment, and product management) to ensure customer success in the sales cycle and success of direct sales</li> <li>You perform other projects and duties as assigned</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> <li>You uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> </ul> <p>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have earned a bachelor’s degree in Business</li> <li>You have spent at least 3 years successfully making sales in enterprise-level healthcare technology, calling on business influencers, and meeting performance objectives</li> <li>People regard you as a rainmaker</li> <li>Your knowledge of Post-Acute and Acute markets, Practice Management Systems, Hospital Information Systems, Electronic Medical Records, and other health care software applications is vast</li> <li>Negotiation and presenting are your passion</li> <li>You have excellent communication and PC computer skills (Microsoft Office)</li> <li>You are proficient in strategic selling principles and tools</li> <li>People say you can work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><em>ABILITY Network is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
