Program Manager, Customer Success

<p>The mission of the Program Manager is to successfully deliver customer projects that enhances the Customer Success Managers (CSM’s) opportunity for renewals, increases customer loyalty, and achieves the maximum possible value for Inovalon.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Project Portfolio Success</strong>: <ul> <li>The Program Manager is responsible for the success of the portfolio of projects for their assigned customers. This involves working closely with the customer, the Customer Success Organization,&nbsp;and cross-functional teams to define project success;</li> <li>The Program Manager will clarify the deliverables, required resources, work plan, and schedule required to meet customer expectations, and hold the broader team of Inovalon resources accountable;</li> <li>The Program&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;will participate in the resource planning effort for their assigned customers;</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Mentor</strong>: <ul> <li>As a more experienced member of the team, the Program Manager will look for opportunities to mentor their teammates, both formal and&nbsp;informal, to ensure an ever-increasing level of expertise on the team;</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>CSM Support</strong>: <ul> <li>As team mates to the Program Manager, the CSM’s own the customer relationship. Program Managers will align to the CSM on broader account initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. This will include activities such as assisting the CSM in preparation for the Quarterly Business Review for each shared customer and participating in account planning;</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement: </strong> <ul> <li>In the course of their daily interaction with the CSO and the broader Inovalon team, the Program Manager will identify opportunities to improve how we work as an organization. Working with the PMO Leader, the Program Manager will lead Continuous Improvement efforts each quarter that provide measurable impact to the Customer Success Organization, while developing expertise in the various improvement methodologies. Business Review for each shared customer and participating in account planning.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience within a program management role managing complex, high profile Programs (from initiation through implementation);</li> <li>Prior experience in working with organizational change management/leadership and process change management;</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with a&nbsp;thorough understanding of the technology development platform;</li> <li>Experience in successfully managing large complex programs with simultaneous active work streams;</li> <li>Demonstrated competency in program management and governance;</li> <li>Experience in creating and defining new operational models and procedures; and</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) enabling explanation of complex problems or situations.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; and</li> <li>Project Management Institute certification or equivalent required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
