If this sounds like the kind of company you’d like to work with, we’d love to meet with you!</p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>Develop &amp; implement enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion programs and policies leveraging macro-trends, research, analysis and benchmarks across our diverse workforce, in partnership with key stakeholders and internal business partners</li> <li>Provide consultation to key leadership in developing and integrating diversity and inclusion goals and strategies into all business and planning processes</li> <li>Align diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and initiatives focused on recruiting, retention and leadership development with business objectives</li> <li>In partnership with the Chief People Officer, represent the organization and serve as subject matter expert on diversity-related topics at business meetings, external and internal conferences, and professional organizations</li> <li>Drive education campaigns at the grassroots level to help drive business decisions from key stakeholders that promote diversity and Inclusion programs by educating leaders, managers and staff on the importance and value that our diverse employees bring</li> <li>Partner with Talent Operations in developing metrics, dashboards and applicable reports that create transparency and accountability for diversity and inclusion efforts</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to design the marketing and communication of programs and updates to ensure awareness, outreach, and relevance</li> <li>Collaborate with the D&amp;I Steering Committee and D&amp;I Employee Advisory Group on proactive D&amp;I initiatives</li> <li>Create a model in partnership with Talent Acquisition that drives recruiting and hiring practices, free of unconscious bias</li> <li>Provide leadership support and coaching to our Employee Networks (Business Resource Groups.) Align our Employee Networks to the diversity and inclusion strategy to drive positive business outcomes</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues and best practices while adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> <li>You uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> </ul> <p>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or another related field</li> <li>You, preferably, have certification in diversity and inclusion, project management, change management, or human resources</li> <li>You have 8 years of progressive, consultative experience with focus on identifying areas of opportunity and driving change</li> <li>You have proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading D&amp;I related initiatives and programs</li> <li>You have previous project management experience as well as using data and analytics to drive change</li> <li>People say you have demonstrated organization, facilitation, written and oral communication and presentation skills</li> <li>You can lead D&amp;I transformational initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment, utilizing project management techniques</li> <li>You can drive organizational change</li> <li>People regard you as having a focused and influential communication style</li> <li>You have success building business relationships, strong business skills and proven leadership in developing, implementing and supporting D&amp;I solutions</li> <li>You have direct experience effectively communicating D&amp;I initiatives to Senior Leadership Team with a demonstrated return on investment</li> <li>You have demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals</li> <li>You are knowledgeable of HIPAA, state and federal guidelines</li> <li>People say you can manage multiple projects and possess a strong knowledge of diversity metrics and analytics</li> <li>You can make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure</li> <li>You can prioritize and organize effectively</li> <li>People regard you as having the ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties</li> <li>You are comfortable with sedentary work</li> <li>You can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible amount of force</li> <li>You can frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects</li> <li>You are comfortable with inside environmental conditions</li> <li>You can travel for this position may include up to 25% as needed to promote D&amp;I initiatives</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
