Senior Product Management Analyst

LOCATION: Partial Remote (Bowie, MD)
<p>The Senior Product Management Analyst supports the development of product strategy and roadmap, market and product research, and design strategy for Inovalon’s growing intervention solutions platform. This position has the opportunity to work with an innovative team to shape care delivered across the nation. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with multiple departments, including Product Design, Engineering, Customer Delivery, Clinical, Support and Marketing.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> <br>•Conduct market research activities to discover and validate requirements by conducting client and potential client interviews<br>•Support product requirements gathering and documentation <br>•Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver positioning documents, marketing plan, and other go-to-market related activities<br>•Continuously perform competitive analysis and maintain expert-level knowledge of competitive landscape for the product<br>•Assist leadership in the development of product strategy and roadmap; <br>•Assist leadership in the development and ongoing refinement of the product pricing, contracting, and licensing<br>•Perform and coordinate internal product training for sales, client services, and solution engineer teams<br>•Coordinate with engineering and other groups to create timely release notes and other client-facing communication and collaterals related to product releases <br>•As a product expert, assist Sales, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams with product questions</p> <p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong> <br>•Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (public health/policy, design, business and/or other health related); PMP preferred <br>•Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, product marketing or product management <br>•Experience turning quantitative data into qualitative output <br>•Exceptional communication and presentation skills including verbal and written <br>•Organized with high attention to detail <br>•High familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Project) <br>•Self-starter/motivated <br>•Ability to drive results <br>•Passionate about making a change in healthcare <br>•Value-Based Care and Population Health Management experience preferred</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>The Company maintains a drug free work environment for all of its associates, which includes employees, contractors and vendors.
