<h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>Work with customers to increase adoption and utilization and manage customer retention efforts and contract renewals</li> <li>Drive continued value of our products and services</li> <li>Re-position and re-sell the value proposition of our services, both to current, at-risk and past customers</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues when appropriate, escalate as needed, and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction</li> <li>Solicit and share customer feedback with internal departments to assist with product development</li> <li>Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities for the sales team</li> <li>Facilitate the resolution of customer needs/issues cross-departmentally as required</li> <li>Support the customer optimize the utilize their existing products, demonstrating features beyond core functionality</li> <li>Identify opportunities for additional sales and assist in closure as needed</li> <li>Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure fast resolution and collaborative processes</li> <li>Other duties as requested and/or determined</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> <li>Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> <li>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a directly related field</li> <li>1-2 years of sales, with some customer service or account management experience</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)</li> <li>Preferably, experienced with Salesforce or other CRM platforms</li> <li>A history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention</li> </ul> <h4>What are you waiting for?
