Salesforce Administrator

<p>The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of a team to lead the ongoing development of our deployment. &nbsp;The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes, including our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data import and management, view creation and administration, and more;</li> <li>Create and manage custom objects, workflows, page layouts and fields within based applications;</li> <li>Working with Client stake holders, users and development team members to ensure effective configuration of the application;</li> <li>Support various departments by importing and managing data in using wizards, the Data Loader, and other tools;</li> <li>Manage the integrations of applications connected to Salesforce;</li> <li>Implement new functionality and applications on the platform;</li> <li>Assist in analyzing existing processes and making recommendations to better streamline processes within the application system;</li> <li>Work with end users to resolve system-related issues and questions;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of administration experience;</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate a record of success in improving processes and adoption using Salesforce;</li> <li>Strong experience providing operational support pertaining to users, hierarchies, roles, data import and management, view creation, administration, etc. on the platform;</li> <li>Create and manage custom objects, workflows, page layouts and fields within;</li> <li>Experience importing and managing data in using wizards, data loader, and other tools;</li> <li>Familiarity with Apex, SOQL and Visualforce and strong understanding of declarative tools relevant to the platform; and</li> <li>Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience;</li> <li><strong>Salesforce Administrator certification is required</strong>; and</li> <li>Other Salesforce certifications expected.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This role is not available for sponsorship at this time.</strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>The Company maintains a drug free work environment for all of its associates, which includes employees, contractors and vendors.
