Product Business Analyst Manager

Join our team and help make ABILITY a great place to do great work!</p> <h4>&nbsp;</h4> <h4>Qualifications&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business units including introducing change management initiatives</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SaaS industry</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Knowledge</li> <li>Supervisory experience, project management experience, and product development process experience</li> <li>Experience working with business stakeholders to define application strategies, roadmaps and funding requests</li> <li>Revenue Cycle experience preferred</li> </ul> <h4>&nbsp;</h4> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>Manage and mentor Business Analysts’ establishing best practices through a continuous improvement process which includes developing functional specification and mapping out functional requirement and architecture</li> <li>Develop and analyze business requirements based on high level user stories that meet both functional and user experience needs transferring the knowledge to the development team. &nbsp;Collaborates with resources to ensure all requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements</li> <li>Collaborate with the development team on building a plan with expected timelines and manages any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines</li> <li>Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, input and feedback into user interface guides, and functional specification documents as needed</li> <li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert throughout the entire project lifecycle and provides guidance to team members</li> <li>Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops</li> <li>Understand and identifies complex processes using such tools as process maps, diagrams or MS Visio</li> <li>Oversee the identification, assessment and execution of regulatory impacts and solutions for Inovalon</li> <li>Research complex issues and collaborates with engineering teams to determine effective resolutions</li> <li>Provide analytical support to the rest of the organization to drive product performance</li> <li>Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs including presenting to operation and senior level roles</li> <li>Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios.
