Director, Digital Marketing

Join our team and help make ABILITY a great place to do great work!</p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You meet or exceed marketing team KPI’s for lead generation</li> <li>You build a digital marketing roadmap to transform company’s digital lead and demand generation marketing efforts across all channels, implementing best practices using data and insights for continued success</li> <li>You serve as the primary SEM point person, manage our SEO/PPC partners/agencies and interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and implement changes based on those findings for future SEO improvements <ul> <li>You create the Marketing department’s digital strategy that builds brand and creates revenue growth through lead and demand generation utilizing PPC, web traffic, social and email</li> <li>You develop A/B or multivariant testing and optimization processes to continually improve efficiencies, program performance and competitive advantages</li> <li>You work with key internal stakeholders, influencers, and Marketing team members to create and refine compelling content for distribution across all channels utilizing SEO and PPC techniques</li> <li>You are responsible for full oversight of website working in conjunction with other Marketing team members and key stakeholders outside the department</li> <li>You establish and oversee paid media digital spend and be responsible for digital budget spent</li> <li>You are responsible for the Martech stack and its interoperability</li> <li>You set strategy for multi-channel marketing campaigns</li> </ul> </li> <li>You perform other duties as requested and/or determined</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> <li>You uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> </ul> <p>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have a bachelor’s degree or, preferably, a master’s degree in Marketing or related area</li> <li>You have a minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience, with 5+ years in team management</li> <li>You have working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or related digital analytics tools</li> <li>People say you have deep expertise in email, SEM, PPC, social and other digital acquisition channels</li> <li>You can lead and mentor a team of smart, curious automation specialists and promote an environment of teamwork</li> <li>You are a strong collaborator able to work with other Marketing and internal stakeholders</li> <li>People say you have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in communication and reporting to upper management</li> <li>You possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver on tight deadlines</li> <li>You are experienced working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment</li> <li>You have experience working with industry-standard tools for data gathering, tracking, and collaboration, such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Microsoft Excel, and the Google Drive Suite</li> <li>Experience in leveraging SEO skills: technical SEO (tags, UI/UX), link building, social media, content marketing and landing pages</li> <li>You are comfortable with sedentary work</li> <li>You can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible amount of force</li> <li>You can frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects</li> <li>You are comfortable with inside environmental conditions</li> <li>You can travel for this position</li> </ul> <p><em>ABILITY Network is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
