HRIS Administrator

If this sounds like the kind of company you’d like to work with, we’d love to meet with you!</p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You perform various technical tasks depending on the needs of employees. The most basic are assigning user security and permission settings and helping resolve software issues</li> <li>You write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing/auditing data</li> <li>You assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades</li> <li>You partner closely with system support vendor(s) to maintain optimal function of the HRIS system, which may include customization, development, maintenance and upgrades</li> <li>You provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements</li> <li>You conduct system audits to guarantee data integrity</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> <li>You uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> </ul> <p>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You, preferably, have earned a bachelor’s degree</li> <li>You have a minimum of three years of HRIS administration experience including development, implementation, optimization, integration, and project management</li> <li>People say you have solid analytical and problem-solving skills and pay strong attention to detail</li> <li>You have proven experience in integrating a human resources data repository in an ERP environment to facilitate inter-company and external application integration</li> <li>You are experienced in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation required</li> <li>HR, Benefits, Payroll experience a plus; knowledge of HCM (preferably ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, TriNet; iCims); and full life cycle implementation of HRIS systems beneficial</li> <li>You are a team player who can support the HR department as well as internal clients</li> <li>People say you are a self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team setting</li> <li>You are proficient in Microsoft Office products</li> <li>You have Knowledge of SQL</li> <li>People regard you as having excellent planning and organizational skills</li> <li>You have demonstrated customer service skills</li> <li>You are comfortable with sedentary work</li> <li>You can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible amount of force</li> <li>You can frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects</li> <li>You are comfortable with inside environmental conditions</li> <li>You can travel for this position</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
