Inovalon's unique achievement of value is delivered through the effective progression of Turning Data into Insight, and Insight into Action.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Inovalon seeks a Senior Product Manager for one opening.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Participate with key stakeholders in the delivery of new software and application environments (infrastructure) to support Inovalon’s strategic application development, testing and production define, plan and manage all project management related activities that are part of the Enterprise/Technology Portfolio; coordinate with external teams (hardware and software vendors), internal teams Business owners/Product Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center Operations, Networking, Security and Production Support) as well as with other project managers to insure that fully functional products and supporting secure infrastructure is brought on line/enhanced to meet the timelines of dependent projects; develop and maintain a professional level of knowledge regarding the products, services and related infrastructure deployment of the Company to have a business context for making decisions; manage projects by defining scope, schedules, deliverables and risk plans; focus on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status, prepare and distribute progress reports and correct deviations from plans; improve and maintain up-to-date organizational process assets, including templates, to insure that processes are thoroughly documented and followed. Support Project Management to rollout tactical improvements and project management best practices for both agile and waterfall; develop project teams by holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; and manage interdependencies, leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for program work; coordinate with resource managers to insure appropriate levels of resource utilization across projects.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science/Data Analytics, or related fields of study plus at least 3 years of experience in the job offered or at least 3 years of experience in an IT-related role. In lieu of a Master’s Degree plus at least 3 years of experience,</li> <li>Employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science/Data Analytics, or related fields of study, plus at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience in an IT-related role.</li> <li>All applicants must have: <ul> <li>(1) at least 3 years (5 years if in possession of a relevant Bachelor’s degree) of experience managing mid-to-large-scale infrastructure and software development projects;</li> <li>(2) experience with PMBOK/PMI project management principles and theories;</li> <li>(3) experience with Scrum Agile/SAFe; and</li> <li>(4) either Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified ScrumMaster certification.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><em>This role is not available for sponsorship at this time.</em></strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
