Inovalon's unique achievement of value is delivered through the effective progression of Turning Data into Insight, and Insight into Action.</p> <p>Inovalon seeks a Manager, Clinical Enterprise Solutions for one opening.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the key technical resource, leading design and development of clinical enterprise solutions, understanding end-to-end data and process flows from client data integration to outcomes reporting, working closely with technical associates, cross-functional business and clinical teams;</li> <li>Create, build, test and support custom data-driven applications with actionable insights solving variety of problems related to Inovalon's complex clinical and healthcare intervention, data reporting and Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes, leading associate analysts;</li> <li>Ensure ongoing monitoring of Platform metrics, SLAs, user activity, performance, and trending reports.</li> <li>Proactively communicate anomalies and drive the build of proactive monitoring, improvements, and alerts of anomalies;</li> <li>Apply knowledge of technical computing platforms, tools, and techniques to analyze information and data requirements obtained from data scientists and analysts and other business stakeholders to plan and propose solutions for optimizing data integration strategies, intuitive designs, and enterprise interactive dashboards;</li> <li>Develop, implement, and execute ongoing updates to Clinical Enterprise Solutions processes, metrics, support model concepts, and SLAs.</li> <li>Build and maintain technical documentation with key artifacts describing products custom offerings, system integrations and cross-functional dependencies;</li> <li>Strategize and implement product vision and roadmap following best practices, adhering to company’s governance, policies, and procedures driving operational excellence;</li> <li>Educate product and operations teams on the use of data-driven solutions developed and collect feedback to make continuous improvements to new and existing platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Information Management, Data Science/Data Analytics, or closely related field of study plus at least 3 years of experience in the position offered or at least 5 years of experience in a data-related role.</li> <li>In lieu of a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Information Management, Data Science/Data Analytics, or closely related field of study, plus at least 3 years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems/Information Management, Data Science/Data Analytics, or closely related field of study, plus at least 5 years of experience in the position offered or at least 5 years of experience in a data-related role.</li> <li>All applicants must have experience with: <ul> <li>(1) driving product development in an Agile software development environment;</li> <li>(2) web-based technologies (e.g. HTTP, HTML5, and CSS3);</li> <li>(3) Backend Microsoft technologies Microsoft SQL Server; and</li> <li>(4) DDL and DML in large database environments [500+ Gb database size/500+ million record tables].</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><em>This role is not available for sponsorship at this time.</em></strong></p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
