<p><strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;">This role can be fully remote provided the selected candidate lives within the EST or CST zones only</span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 11.25pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;">Overview: The Partner Success Manager is responsible for building a long term and dedicated relationship with ABILITY’s high value partners to drive continued success, overseeing and managing key account relationships on the behalf of ABILITY. The role will plan, direct and coordinate partner related activities of purchased software services for assigned accounts. This position will act as an advocate and navigate a complex matrix environment to deliver on the partner’s needs; coordinating with the partner and ABILITY cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of ABILITY’S solutions. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy, project management and relationship building with a focus on delivering results through critical thinking.</span></p> <p style="line-height: inherit; text-align: start; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in 11.25pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;">Duties and Responsibilities:<br>• Own overall relationship with assigned Partners, which includes, but is not limited to, increasing adoption and utilization, ensuring overall satisfaction, Partner retention and renewal;<br>• Initiate the appropriate internal discussions to ensure complete understanding of the Partner’s contract detail, from services to be provider, implementation expectations and billing start dates;<br>• Manage internal and external resources on behalf of ABILITY to meet the Partner’s needs and assure a positive experience for the Partner;<br>• Work with the Partner to build marketing programs to increase the Partner’s customer base;<br>• Track and analyze process effectiveness to determine opportunities for improvement;<br>• Planning and implementing business plans with sales, marketing and our product management teams to benefit partners;<br>• Assist sales representatives with potential cross sell opportunities regarding service needs;<br>• Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with ABILTIY Partners and drive continued value of ABILITY’S products and services;<br>• Troubleshoot issues, problem solve, escalate where needed, and follow up promptly to ensure client expectations are exceeded;<br>• Work with Partners to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and assist the Partner in achieving these goals;<br>• Identify and/or develop joint opportunities to increase revenue;<br>• Responsible for managing revenue and/or rebates for Partner accounts within the defined territory. This includes ensuring that Partner invoices or rebate payments are delivered accurately and on time according to the Partner’s contract;<br>• Responsible for ownership of customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption and renewals;<br>• Other projects and duties as assigned;<br>• Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;<br>• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and<br>• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.</span></p> <p style="line-height: inherit; text-align: start; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in 11.25pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;">Job Requirements:<br>• Minimum 2 years of related experience or account management working with Practice Management System vendors or Clearinghouse;<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint;<br>• Understanding of financial reports and billing;<br>• Experience with CRM systems required, Salesforce.com preferred;<br>• Proven ability as a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast paced, cross-functional manner; a track record of delivering results under difficult circumstances; possession of strong business acumen and the ability to learn quickly;<br>• Experience developing long term client relationships;<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;<br>• Detail oriented and analytical;<br>• Self-motivated with strong organizational, excellent planning and time management skills; and<br>• Proven experience in a matrix environment where employee needed to drive performance by others who did not report to them.</span></p> <p style="line-height: inherit; text-align: start; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in 11.25pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;">Education:<br>• College degree or equivalent work experience required.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0in; line-height: inherit; text-align: start; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #222222;">Physical Demands and Work Environment:<br>• Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time);<br>• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;<br>• Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;<br>• Subject to inside environmental conditions; and<br>• Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
