Marketing Manager - Strategic Partnerships

<p>The Market Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Special Projects will leverage their B2B healthcare &amp; marketing experience and be part of a team to create and execute plans to promote Inovalon’s innovative provider applications and engage strategic partners to further grow the business relationship. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have a strong attention to detail, be results oriented and be able to effectively lead collaborative marketing initiatives, while working fully remote.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owns the assigned market with a primary responsibility of leading his or her market team to create marketing campaigns, demand and lead generation activities that will drive leads to enable the sales team to meet&nbsp; corporate goals;</li> <li>Works with team to develop and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns that include: email, social media, direct mail, webinars, and other strategies. Makes recommendations on all marketing promotions material used;</li> <li>Assists with the development of marketing collateral for customer and prospect messaging;</li> <li>Identify and make recommendations on trade show participation and industry associations;</li> <li>Tracks marketing activities and results, and stays abreast of pipeline contribution and growth;</li> <li>Serves as the “Voice of the Customer”, Develops deep understanding of customers – how they buy, why they buy, when they buy, and how best to reach them;</li> <li>Works with the overall Marketing Team to make recommendations to improve win/loss ratios using analytical and personal interviews with customers;</li> <li>Will achieve certifications on provider applications and serve as resource to the Marketing &amp; Sales team on messaging and positioning;</li> <li>Works with Sales Strategy on content and outlines for marketing presentations and webinars;</li> <li>Conducts presentations and webinars as needed;</li> <li>Works with Product Management and Sales Strategy to track competitors and develop winning strategies for competitive positioning;</li> <li>Develops and maintains relationships with consultants and industry influencers in the assigned market;</li> <li>Stays up-to-date with industry and regulatory trends that influence product requirements, purchasing and utilization;</li> <li>Other duties as requested and/or determined;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>This opportunity will allow remote work, but employee must be able to work EST hours as well as do 20% travel</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, or a relevant healthcare company;</li> <li>Post acute healthcare experience</li> <li>Results driven, able to work independently to achieve set goals in a fast paced environment;</li> <li>Excellent project management skills;</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;</li> <li>Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, development, technical services, etc.) with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence;</li> <li>A quick learner, with technical and business acumen;</li> <li>Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills a must to be effective in this position;</li> <li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills with good attention to detail;</li> <li>Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to juggle different tasks and effectively balance priorities</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills;</li> <li>Ability to be flexible and work under changing priorities; comfortable with ambiguity; and</li> <li>Industry knowledge of healthcare administrative or clinical transactions/workflows is a plus;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required;</li> <li>Marketing degree preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li><strong>20% travel may be required to various tradeshows, meetings or onsite training</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
