We give it a voice.</a></p> <h4>Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like</h4> <ul> <li>You work with customers to lead the implementation process of all supported ABILITY products</li> <li>You document customer requirements and configures applications to meet customer business processes</li> <li>You perform complex implementations with minimal supervision (Multiple Product Project)</li> <li>You answer inbound customer requests via telephone, email or any additional method of inbound communication</li> <li>You improve timelines on open projects within specified guidelines based on team averages</li> <li>You document all activities per defined process and procedures</li> <li>You resolve open orders within specified guidelines</li> <li>You identify beneficial product opportunities for existing customers and communicate to sales team via workflow process</li> <li>You lead functional testing of product releases</li> <li>You elevate issues following defined escalation procedures in a timely manner ensuring that all communications to customer and internal departments are completed</li> <li>You communicate valuable feedback and ideas to manager, SME or point of escalation</li> <li>You organize and manage workload efficiently</li> <li>You assist team members as needed</li> <li>You communicate valuable product and process feedback to manager, SME or point of escalation</li> <li>You place outbound calls to coordinate/schedule implementations</li> <li>You perform other duties as assigned</li> <li>You maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>You adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>You fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer</li> <li>You uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> </ul> <p>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</p> <h4>This job is for you if</h4> <ul> <li>You have an associate degree or, preferably, a bachelor’s degree</li> <li>You have spent a minimum of 2 years in Healthcare IT, implementing or supporting software with high volume of transactions, and reading EDI files and identify breakage points</li> <li>You are knowledgeable about: <ul> <li>Healthcare EDI (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271)</li> <li>HIPAA transaction code set knowledge</li> <li>CRM systems</li> <li>Software as a Service (SaaS)</li> <li>Operating systems (Linux, Windows)</li> <li>Billing (claims and remittance)</li> <li>Revenue Cycle Management from Provider and Payer side of the network</li> <li>Healthcare quality reporting</li> <li>Merchant Accounts</li> <li>Patient Revenue Cycle Management</li> <li>Healthcare or clinical environments such as Ambulatory, Post-Acute, and Acute settings</li> <li>Scheduling, time and attendance, and credentialing software</li> <li>Project Management</li> <li>Salesforce</li> </ul> </li> <li>People say you have excellent verbal and written customer service skills and organizational skills and pay close attention to detail</li> <li>You can explain the importance of data security and follow processes and regulations</li> <li>You are bi-lingual (Spanish)</li> <li>People regard you as someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment independently and in teams</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
