Senior Product Management Analyst

<p>The Senior Product Management Analyst supports the development of product strategy and roadmap; market and product requirements and marketing plan for Inovalon’s Healthcare Data Analytic and Intervention Systems and Services; in support &nbsp;of its integrated risk adjustment product suite. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with Product Marketing to perform market research, market discovery, product positioning, competitive analysis, internal training, and product launch activities.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct market research activities to discover and validate requirements by conducting client and potential client interviews;</li> <li>Support product management and marketing to perform win-loss analysis;</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver positioning documents, marketing plan, and other go-to-market related activities;</li> <li>Continuously perform competitive analysis and maintain expert-level knowledge of competitive landscape for the product;</li> <li>Assist leadership in the development of product strategy and roadmap;</li> <li>Perform and coordinate internal product training for sales, client services, and solution engineer teams;</li> <li>Track and provide necessary metrics to the billing team for invoicing purposes on an ongoing basis;</li> <li>Coordinate with technology and other groups to create timely release notes and other client-facing communication and collaterals related to product releases;</li> <li>As a product expert, assist Sales, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams with product questions.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management areas;</li> <li>Strong communication skills including verbal and written;</li> <li>Organized with high attention to detail;</li> <li>High familiarity with Microsoft Office;</li> <li>Self-starter/motivated;</li> <li>Ability to drive results; and</li> <li>Healthcare experience preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; and</li> <li>Master's degree preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
