Enrollment Implementation Representative

<p><strong>This role will be 100% remote work from home within the United States</strong></p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with customers to lead the implementation process of enrollments for ABILITY EASE All-Payer;</li> <li>Document customer enrollment requirements and configure application to meet customer enrollment needs;</li> <li>Answer inbound customer requests via telephone, email or any additional method of inbound communication for enrollment needs;</li> <li>Train customers on full enrollment process;</li> <li>Work with customer and internal teams to monitor/track enrollment progress and discuss findings with customer;</li> <li>Document all activities per defined process and procedures;</li> <li>Elevate issues following standard escalation procedure in a timely manner and as appropriate ensuring that all communications to customer and internally are completed;</li> <li>Place outbound calls to coordinate/schedule pertinent enrollment meetings;</li> <li>Participate/Schedule internal meetings as necessary for the success of the project;</li> <li>Other duties as requested and/or determined;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing, training, reporting or supporting healthcare software; <ul> <li>Emphasis on payer enrollment, preferred;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;</li> <li>Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail;</li> <li>Strong computer skills;</li> <li>Proficient in working with CRM systems;</li> <li>Prior Call Center Experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Medical EDI knowledge/experience required</li> <li>Knowledge of Insurance Payer Forms required</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills;</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills;</li> <li>Excellent time management skills; and</li> <li>Proven ability to work effectively under pressure &amp; meet deadlines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate’s Degree or equivalent Business Experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
