Join our team and help make Inovalon a great place to do great work.</p> <p>Job Purpose<br>The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling SaaS products and services directly to the healthcare industry, specifically the enterprise level healthcare facilities.</p> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Consistently attain quota levels as outlined by Inovalon by selling our revenue cycle management suite of products to our enterprise current customers and prospects</li> <li>Partner with our Inside Sales division in both the Acute, Post-Acute and Ambulatory teams to progress leads cultivated with-in current team</li> <li>Set up discovery calls with current customers and prospects to generate new opportunities</li> <li>Conduct on-site meetings and demos directly with customers</li> <li>Grow Inovalon's revenues through the development of successful enterprise Sales programs that support the company’s corporate strategic goals</li> <li>Collaborate directly with the Inovalon Marketing team in order to ensure appropriate market messaging; lead and demand generation</li> <li>Using professional sales strategies, negotiate agreements and close Direct Sale opportunities that benefit Inovalon , our partners and our clients</li> <li>Develop and achieve weekly and monthly forecasts</li> <li>Utilize CRM tools (SalesForce, SalesLoft, etc.) to maintain business</li> <li>Remain up-to-date on healthcare industry business drivers and how Inovalon's solutions can improve the company’s products and services</li> <li>Interface with internal organization (sales, development, marketing, product fulfillment, and product management) to ensure customer success in the sales cycle and success of direct sales</li> <li>Other projects and duties as assigned</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company</li> <li>You uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function</li> </ul> <p>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such</p> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent background &amp; experience</li> <li>3-4 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise level healthcare technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives</li> <li>Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue objectives</li> <li>Clinical knowledge in the Post-Acute and Acute markets</li> <li>Extensive knowledge in Practice Management Systems, Hospital Information Systems, Electronic Medical Records and other health care software applications required</li> <li>Proficiency in strategic selling principles and tools</li> <li>Excellent PC computer skills (Microsoft office suite)</li> <li>Excellent communications skills</li> <li>Ability to adapt well to change, be a fast learner, team player and be motivated to succeed</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><em>Inovalon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
