<p>The Manager, Benefits will be responsible for supporting both Corporate and Business Unit Divisions by evaluating programs for competitiveness and securing the best benefits possible within the parameters of the company’s resources.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute Corporate Benefit guidelines and policies through functional and divisional support, ensuring policies and programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels (more specifically reporting requirements for health &amp; wellness plans and FLSA compliance);</li> <li>Conduct various analysis (including full Cost Benefit Analysis) related to trends in support of leadership in measuring and/or tracking key HR-related metrics, relevant to Total Rewards programs;</li> <li>Develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)</li> <li>Respond to complex inquiries regarding human resources policies, procedures, programs, and/or initiatives;</li> <li>Manage all health and welfare plans (Health, FSA, Disability, Life, 401k) to include a suite of ancillary benefit programs;</li> <li>In conjunction with leadership, manage external relationships, including negotiating contracts with Health &amp; Welfare providers;</li> <li>Plan, implement, coordinate, and communicate open enrollment and company wellness programs; through structured communication campaigns while interfacing with Company strategy;</li> <li>Reconciles vendor accounts, payments and data uploads; while interfacing with Finance and HRIS;</li> <li>Provides ongoing analysis of benefits on the following: evaluation of service usage, effectiveness, cost, plan participation metrics and/or benefit experience modules;</li> <li>Interface/assist with HRIS with integration efforts regarding benefits, deduction code mapping, and make recommendations on process improvement and data integrity, from a Benefits Administrative perspective.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience Benefits Administration (Total Rewards approach);</li> <li>Certified Benefits Professional strongly preferred;</li> <li>Ability to manage a team and create continuity and synergy;</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Knowledge in financial/business analysis techniques in the developing of sound metrics from benefits perspectives;</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving and proven attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
