Partner Success Manager

<p>The Partner Success Manager is part of the Customer Experience and Engagement team which is focused on ensuring we are easy to do business with and our solutions provide value to our customers. The Partner Success Manager will be the accountable driver of Strategic relationship with Operational leadership at Partner. This role will ensure revenue management and relationship engagement for non PBP and Wholesale Partner accounts.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">This is a remote opportunity with operational hours of 8 AM to 5 PM EST</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The Partner Account Manager will be the accountable driver of effective relationships with our partners as the key source of knowledge regarding products, services and industry business drivers important to the success of our customer partners;</li> <li>As a trusted advisor, this Role is responsible for working with multiple aspects of the account relationship for customers within their designated portfolio. This role will be accountable for the ongoing relationship with their customers through setting a strategy to ensure the customer is getting full value of ABILITY products and has timely and satisfactory resolution to their issues and needs;</li> <li>Responsible for contributing to partner financial target performance – growing revenuee through collaboration with internal stakeholders;</li> <li>Educate, communicate and provide actionable insights to Partner accounts to ensure Partners have access to resources, tools and processes needed to grow ABILITY solutions per the partnership contract.</li> <li>Comprehensively plan, develop, execute and lead collaborative account planning sessions to achieve mutual financial targets and implementation milestones including successful handoff to ABILITY Partner Support function;</li> <li>Works collaboratively in a cross-functional matrix including Partner Sales, Sales Strategy Implementation, and others to ensure all teams are effectively aligned to monitor and track Non-PBP Partners and Wholesale revenue monthly, quarterly and annually;</li> <li>Maintains regular Business Reviews with our Partners to proactively assess, clarify and satisfy partner account needs; and</li> <li>Responsible for utilization and documentation in Salesforce CRM and other sales automation tools to provide internal stakeholders with visibility to Partner performance and ensuring the organization has a focus on the high-return opportunities and activities.</li> <li>Exhibit a Continuous learning mind-set as demonstrated by taking initiative and maximizing product education, leadership development and professional development through company resources;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer; and</li> <li>Other projects and duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience with complex sales channels and associated operations;</li> <li>Experience working with CRM applications;</li> <li>Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendors in the healthcare industry with a working understanding of Clearinghouse EDI services, preferred;</li> <li>Familiarity with key components of SaaS implementation preferred;</li> <li>Well versed in basic project management techniques preferred; and</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 10% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
