Account Liaison - Revenue Cycle Healthcare Solutions

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>*** This is 100% remote ***</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Account Liaison</strong> position, is part of the Customer Experience and Engagement team which is focused on ensuring we are easy to do business with and our solutions provide value to our customers.</p> <p>The <strong>Account Liaison</strong> is responsible for working directly with existing customers to continuously assess transaction-based solutions for opportunities to realize Customer’s volume potential. Reporting to the Manager, Transaction Advisory Team, you will make outbound calls and other outreach to current customers.</p> <p>By using the transaction volume data and influencing customers to take advantage of best practices, this role will be responsible for growing an existing customer base by 5%.</p> <p>This position will serve as an advisor for the customer partnering with internal teams to ensure customer loyalty.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>What are the essential responsibilities and duties in this job?</p> <p>Accountability for ………</p> <ul> <li>Working with customers to increase adoption and utilization and manage customer retention efforts via sales techniques and implementation strategies to increase product use</li> <li>Generating leads from daily outbound customer contact methodology consistent with sales development activities</li> <li>Developing leading into qualified opportunities within currently contracted customer accounts</li> <li>Suggesting solutions/ sound alternatives to current customer business practices to increase customer loyalty and services volume related to target revenue cycle solutions</li> <li>Troubleshooting issues when appropriate, escalate as needed to cross functional teams and sales manager, and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction</li> <li>Other duties as requested and/or determined</li> </ul> <p>Responsible for successfully completing all training events in a timely manner</p> <p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible for utilization and documentation in Salesforce CRM and other sales automation tools to provide internal stakeholders with visibility to customer performance and ensuring the organization has a focus on the high-return opportunities and activities.</p> <p>A Continuous learning mind-set as demonstrated by taking initiative and maximizing product education, leadership development and professional development through company resources.</p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales/Marketing or Communications related field required; Healthcare related field preferred;</li> <li>Experience with Revenue Cycle healthcare solutions</li> <li>Patient Payment Software</li> <li>Sales Force (or similar products)</li> <li>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing&nbsp;</li> <li>Goal-oriented and focused;</li> <li>Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Creativity and latitude is expected; and</li> <li>Familiarity with Excel and be able to perform some accounting functions for invoicing clients.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
