Enterprise Development Representative

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: No travel required
<p>The Enterprise Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Enterprise Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from prospect lists.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and appointment setting;</li> <li>Develop new business via telephone and email to introduce ABILITY applications to prospect and existing customers;</li> <li>Able to handle complex lead generation calls specifically for enterprise team to many different job titles within prospects;</li> <li>Identify appropriate buyers within the target market;</li> <li>Provide feedback to help identify prospects’ pain points to help determine how the ABILITY solution will simplify administrative processes;</li> <li>Build and cultivate prospect relationships;</li> <li>Consistently meets and exceeds dials, talk time and marketing qualified leads created;</li> <li>Work as part of market driven team to develop and grow the sales pipeline;</li> <li>Actively contributes in weekly meetings by providing ideas and suggestions to the team;</li> <li>Utilize for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management;</li> <li>Use ABILITY provided Customer Centric™ sales training techniques to process, and pipeline milestones to manage sales; and</li> <li>Complete product certification for ABILITY applications as it relates to the healthcare market segment assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree; and</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of sales or tele sales experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with or similar CRM product.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Confidentiality – Able to keep sensitive data confidential;</li> <li>Accountability ­– Accept responsibility for his/her actions;</li> <li>Accuracy – Perform work accurately and thoroughly; and</li> <li>Honesty / Integrity – Able to develop credibility and trust with co-workers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel: </strong>0%</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p> <p>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li><em>Physical Demands</em>: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.&nbsp; The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds;</li> <li><em>Mental Demands:</em>The employee must be able to follow directions, to get along with others<strong>,</strong> and handle stress; and</li> <li><em>Work Environment</em>:&nbsp;The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
