Web Designer/ Developer

<p>The Web Designer &amp; Developer is responsible for analytics, reporting, design, layout, coding, and maintenance for company websites and digital marketing campaigns. Ideally, the individual is a creative thinker who is ready to work in a fluid, fast moving and collaborative environment. This role will support the Brand Marketing Manager to ensure brand aesthetic, look, and tone is cohesive and comprehensive across all branded messaging and content.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Designs, layout of all landing pages, and various websites changes, and other electronic publications and applications which may include combining text with sounds, pictures, graphics, and video clips;</li> <li>Maintains site appearance by developing and ensuring adherence to content and display standards;</li> <li>Communicates with stakeholders to access their needs, discuss requirements, and clarify goals for establishing a website and in the preparation of illustrative materials from artists and vendors;</li> <li>Ensure a custom-tailored plan for proposed sites with all appropriate design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;</li> <li>Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;</li> <li>Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;</li> <li>Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and</li> <li>We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <p>• 3+ years of progressive web design, development and coding and relevant graphic design;<br>• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS, React, JavaScript and Bootstrap<br>• Proven knowledge of browser/device compatibility, cross-browser issues/challenges, responsive design and current web design trends and techniques;<br>• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);<br>• Experience designing, implementing, and testing responsive website and email designs preferred;<br>• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in graphic design, creative media, marketing or related field and or equivalent experience; and</li> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);</li> <li>Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;</li> <li>Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;</li> <li>Subject to inside environmental conditions; and</li> <li>Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>By embracing diversity, equity and inclusion we enhance our work environment and drive business success.
