Scott Gottlieb, MD is a physician and served as the 23rd Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Gottlieb’s work focuses on advancing public health through developing and implementing innovative approaches to improving medical outcomes, reshaping healthcare delivery, and expanding consumer choice and safety.
Mae Jemison, M.D.
1st Woman of Color in Space; Engineer, Physician & NASA Astronaut
Dr. Mae C. Jemison leads 100 Year Starship (100YSS), a bold, far reaching nonprofit initiative to assure the capabilities exist for human travel beyond our solar system to another star within the next 100 years.
Thomas Mason, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer, ONC for Health IT, U.S. Department of HHS
Dr. Thomas Mason is Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Kyu Rhee, M.D.
Senior Vice President, CVS Health and Chief Medical Officer, Aetna
Dr. Kyu ("Q") Rhee serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Aetna at CVS Health. He and his team lead the integration and delivery of clinical and population health solutions. He is passionate and grateful to work for a health care innovation company with a simple and clear purpose: "to help people on their path to better health" from the community to the home to the palm of their hand.
Leana Wen, M.D.
Physician, Public Health Expert and Author
Dr. Leana Wen is an emergency physician, public health professor at George Washington University, and nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. She is also a contributing columnist for the Washington Post and a CNN medical analyst.
Seema Verma
Former Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator
A national health policy expert, Seema Verma was the longest-serving Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator in modern history. Confirmed by the Senate in 2017, she oversaw health insurance programs for over 140 million Americans; oversaw a budget of $1.3 trillion, almost a third of the federal budget; and over 6,000 employees.
Pat Wang
CEO, Healthfirst
Pat Wang has dedicated her career to advancing health equity and championing the healthcare needs of vulnerable New Yorkers. Ms. Wang is the President and CEO of Healthfirst, one of the largest not-for-profit health insurers in the country serving 1.7+ million fully insured members in downstate New York -- including one-third of New York City’s Medicaid population and a significant portion of Medicare Advantage beneficiaries -- in a robust value-based payment model.
Murdo Gordon
EVP, Global Commercial Operations, Amgen
Murdo Gordon is executive vice president, Global Commercial Operations for Amgen. In this role, which he assumed in September 2018, Gordon is responsible for ensuring Amgen’s innovative medicines reach patients around the world.
Frank Slootman
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Snowflake
, Frank Slootman currently serves as Chairman and CEO at Snowflake. Frank has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive in the enterprise software industry. Mr. Slootman served as CEO and President of ServiceNow from 2011 to 2017, taking the organization from around $100M in revenue, through an IPO, to $1.4B.
