Our Employee Resource Groups

Inovalon’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are open to all associates, regardless of background or identity. We believe that fostering an inclusive workplace means providing opportunities for everyone to participate, contribute, and benefit from ERG programs, events, and initiatives. Whether as a member, ally, or supporter, all associates are welcome to engage in ERG activities to learn, grow, and make meaningful connections across our organization.

Inclusive of all Asian countries, the Inovalon Asian Alliance (InoAA) aims to build a platform for professional and social activities for those with an affinity towards Asian culture.
