Inovalon Asian Alliance
Inclusive of all Asian countries, the Inovalon Asian Alliance (InoAA) aims to build a platform for professional and social activities for those with an affinity towards Asian culture.
Inovalon Black Alliance Network
The Inovalon Black Alliance Network (iBAN) aims to develop leaders through professional and social activities that provide a platform to network.
The Latinx Alliance creates a safe space for Latinx employees/allies of all Inovalon business units and provides a platform for us to share our cultures.
The LGBTQ+ Alliance fosters a more inclusive work environment in which all associates can bring their full authentic selves to work.
Inovalon ONE Women’s Network
This new women’s network will further drive the mission of supporting, encouraging, and investing in workplace gender equity through development opportunities that empower and drive growth for women at Inovalon.
Inovalon Women in Technology
The Inovalon Women in Technology (IWIT) network strives to empower women in the technical field by providing professional and personal development activities.
The Working Parents network aims to provide an opportunity for individuals to share ideas, feelings, and effective ways to navigate the modern world.
