During his tenure at Inovalon, Dr. Dunleavy has worked extensively with a wide array and number of healthcare organizations, regulatory and oversight bodies, and technology companies examining the growing role of data within healthcare, and its ability to drive meaningful insight and improvement for its constituents. Driven by a desire to help empower a data-driven transformation of healthcare, Dr. Dunleavy has led Inovalon from its origins to its current industry-leading position leveraging advanced, cloud-based platforms that are informed by data pertaining to more than one million physicians, 594,000 clinical facilities, 348 million unique patients, and 68 billion medical events empowering meaningful improvements in clinical outcomes and economics across the entire healthcare ecosystem.
Dr. Dunleavy received a bachelor’s degree in biology modified with engineering with high honors from Dartmouth College where his studies and work focused upon the neurosciences, computer sciences, and electrical engineering with his honors thesis focused on the computer simulation of artificial human cerebellar functional units. Dr. Dunleavy earned his doctorate in medicine from Harvard Medical School, completed his medical residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, practiced, and was Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He has authored or co-authored a number of scientific journal articles, abstracts, and proprietary research papers, has presented his work and materials at multiple national and international conferences, and has been awarded multiple U.S. patents pertaining to the real-time aggregation, analysis, and application of healthcare data.

Prior to joining Inovalon, Mr. Kelly was an executive at Amazon where he served as the General Manager of World-Wide Product Marketing for Amazon Web Services (AWS) for more than 40 services across six major categories representing over $35B in AWS revenue, including Compute, Storage, Hybrid Cloud, Networking and Global Infrastructure, Business Applications, and End User Computing. While at Amazon, Mr. Kelly led the product launch of more than 50 AWS services, including Amazon’s Outposts, Wavelength, Amazon Connect, Transit Gateway, and major capabilities in S3 and EC2 instances with Graviton processors. Prior to Joining Amazon in 2017, Mr. Kelly served as the General Manager and World-Wide Sales Leader at Microsoft for their cloud-based Office 365 suite where he was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and global growth results, successfully increasing enterprise sales from $3 billion to $7 billion over a three-year period. Prior to the General Manager and World-Wide Sale Leader role at Microsoft, Mr. Kelly served as General Manager and other roles for numerous Microsoft product offerings, including SQL Server, Microsoft’s big data platform, Windows Azure, Office 365, Unified Communications Services, and E-Business Servers. Within these roles, Mr. Kelly held responsibilities ranging from product management, sales, marketing, partner enablement, and helping customers transition from server software to cloud services, amongst others.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2000, Mr. Kelly served as an officer in the United States Air Force as a Program Manager, Materials Directorate, at the Air Force Research laboratory in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School with first year honors.

Ms. Allen first joined Inovalon in 2016 in the role of Associate Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. Prior to joining Inovalon in 2016, Ms. Allen was the Chief Integrity Officer at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., a nationally recognized healthcare provider. In that capacity, she directed and led the enterprise-wide compliance, privacy, investigative, and audit functions. She was also responsible for ensuring overall regulatory and legal compliance, including day-to-day oversight of auditing, monitoring, and regulatory compliance activities. Ms. Allen’s previous experience also includes various leadership positions with Booz Allen Hamilton and SRA International where she was responsible for developing and leading legal, compliance, risk management, privacy, and information security solutions across the federal and commercial sectors as well as assessing the privacy and security impact and risks associated with new and emerging products and technologies. In addition, Ms. Allen served as a Senior Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Education, District of Columbia Enforcement Office, where she led numerous legal and compliance reviews and a variety of complex investigations. Ms. Allen also served as a Senior Advisor for the Department of Homeland Security where she conceptualized and directed initiatives designed to implement various compliance mandates across the department and its component organizations.
Ms. Allen is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, Legal Ethics Committee, and the Board of Directors of My Sister’s Place in Washington, DC. She is also a Vice-Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Health Law Network.
Ms. Allen received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina, and a Master of Arts from Georgetown University.

Prior to joining the Company in 2012, Mr. Boldt served in a number of escalating roles at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, ultimately holding the position of attestation manager for public and private, domestic and international clients in information technology, government contracting, professional services, and manufacturing industries at various growth stages and scale ranging from $200 million to $20 billion in annual revenue.
Mr. Boldt graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University in Maryland with a bachelor degree in accounting and a masters of business administration degree with an information technologies concentration. He serves on the Loyola University of Maryland Sellinger School of Business Joint Advisory Board.
Mr. Boldt is an active certified public accountant in the State of Maryland, a status which he has held since 2008.

Mr. Boschung has extensive experience with leading large-scale technology organizations through periods of expansion and high growth. Prior to joining Inovalon, he served in several executive roles within Dell Technologies from 2004 through 2018, most recently servicing as Senior Vice President responsible for Dell Technologies Global Alliances and the $1.4 billion business of Dell EMC's Telco partnerships within the EMEA regions. Prior to this role, Jacques Boschung was Vice President and General Manager of the 2,000 associates across 18 countries comprising the $1.5 billion business of Dell Technologies Western Europe. Before his time at Dell Technologies, Mr. Boschung held various executive, management, and business development positions within technology organizations including HP and IBM.
Jacques Boschung holds a BS and Masters in Physics from the University of Lausanne and conducted his master’s thesis at the Laboratory for Nuclear Engineering of the Swiss Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining Inovalon in 2017, Mr. Brow served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the US Oncology Network at McKesson Specialty Health, and Vice President and General Manager of Vantage Oncology southeast region. Previously, Mr. Brow held roles at McKesson and its predecessor company, US Oncology, where he led public policy; mergers and acquisitions; business development; go-to-market strategy; sales; reimbursement strategy; federal and state government relations; and communications. Prior to joining US Oncology, he served as a consultant, advising clients on state government affairs strategy across a wide-range of healthcare and political issues.
Mr. Brow has published widely in peer-reviewed and professional journals on healthcare policy, the Affordable Care Act, cancer care quality, and value-based care. He holds a BA in history and political science from the University of Richmond.

Prior to joining Inovalon in 2010, Mrs. Keeneth served in several strategic roles at management consulting firms, DRT Strategies and BearingPoint, supporting clients in federal, regulatory, and real estate industries. This experience includes extensive knowledge and application of information security and compliance, security governance, policy, and risk management within the federal government and private sectors.
Mrs. Keeneth holds a master’s degree from the University of Virginia in Management of Information Technology and a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Finance.

Prior to joining Inovalon in 2007, Dr. Kilian was in clinical practice with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, where she served as Medical Director with responsibilities including patient care, clinical training of medical students and residents, and clinical oversight of a multispecialty practice.
Dr. Kilian graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University and earned her doctorate in medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Prior to joining ABILITY in 2010, Mr. Meadows served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Mirixa Corporation, a leading provider of technology and clinical services for pharmacies and health plans. Mr. Meadows previously held leadership roles at Sage Software, WebMD/Emdeon, and Medical Manager Corporation. During this time, he had responsibility for developing and leading the clinical and administrative transactions sales business units and reseller programs.
Mr. Meadows is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, Williams School of Commerce, with a degree in politics.

Prior to joining Inovalon, Ms. Olsen served as the Chief Integration and People Officer for OnRobot, a global robotics technology company based in Europe, where she was responsible for driving all operational and cultural integration activities for corporate acquisitions, human resources, and global sales coverage expansion. Prior to this role, Ms. Olsen served as Vice President, Strategy and Go-to-Market for the EMEA Enterprise of Dell EMC. In this role, Ms. Olsen was responsible for the integration activities of Dell EMC across the EMEA Enterprise and the associated go-to-market strategy for the associated $4 billion business covering 1,400 enterprise accounts across 38 countries. Prior to this role, Ms. Olsen served in a number of expanding management, support, and operational roles at EMC Corporation, a global leader in enabling business and service providers to transform their operations and deliver IT as a service, from 1998 through 2016. During this time, Ms. Olsen served in roles of Market Growth and International Strategy, Strategic Operations, Go-to-Market, and Human Resources for individual countries, regions, and global applications. While at EMC, Ms. Olsen also introduced, deployed, and brought to fruition the concept of BUSINESSRELEVANT HR. Prior to her time at EMC, Ms. Olsen worked for the law firm of Skadden Arps in Boston, Massachusetts, supporting its global corporate mergers and acquisitions practice.
Ms. Olsen graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science and Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Inovalon Fellows

Mr. Creehan previously served as president and general manager of Inovalon’s pharmacy software business where he led the Company’s design, development, advancement, and support of data-driven pharmacy solutions.
Mr. Creehan has a 25 year history of pharmacy technology solution development and implementation and is the founder of Creehan and company, the industry’s leading provider of enterprise software for the pharmacy marketplace. After combining Creehan and company with Inovalon in 2016, Mr. Creehan has led the strategy and innovation of the Company’s next generation pharmacy platform solution. Leveraging a modular cloud-based architecture, and the data, connectivity, and analytical capabilities of the Inovalon ONE® Platform, ScriptMed® Cloud is the industry’s most advanced enterprise pharmacy platform.
Mr. Creehan has a proven track record for driving business growth from start-up pharmacies to several Fortune 500 clients through technology and innovation, and is an established industry thought leader. He has played an active role in advancing technology and automation for clinical decision support, care coordination, pharmacy practice, and pharmaceutical distribution. Providing the strategy, vision, and architecture for the company’s technologies, Mr. Creehan has lead the company to the number one market position in specialty pharmacy, and establishment of leading technology for driving clinical quality and patient outcomes in pharmacy.
Mr. Creehan holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Robert Morris University and is a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Management Program at Carnegie Mellon University. He is active in the pharmacy community and is a member of several industry associations.

Prior to this role, Mr. Rizzo served in many key roles at Inovalon since his joining the Company in 2002, and most recently as Chief Innovation Officer for Inovalon until 2016. In this role, Mr. Rizzo was responsible for the coordination and oversight of all product development and material product updates and expansions of capability; including design, functionality, development, quality testing processes, and modularized rollouts and operational expansions. Mr. Rizzo was also responsible for all aspects of the Company’s dataset assets, including processes to support and achieve the high integrity, reliability, and security; accuracy and efficiency of integration; comprehensive policies and procedures for the access and utilization; and ultimate realization of value for the Company, clients, and the healthcare community. In addition to these roles, Mr. Rizzo served as the Company’s Security Officer and served in a number of key roles at Inovalon, including the Company’s Chief Product Officer, and was responsible for all major product roll outs since the Company first started major operations.
Prior to joining Inovalon, Mr. Rizzo served as Vice President of Product Development for Founding Advisors, Inc., a specialized management consulting firm. In the service of Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo served in various product development roles on behalf of Founding Medical Informatics, Inc. and the Medical Reliance Group, LLC, including leading the technology and software design and development of the core products of Medical Site Reviewers.
Prior to joining Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he advised clients in the healthcare, telecommunications, and insurance industries. In his capacity as lead analyst, Mr. Rizzo performed in-depth data analysis and financial investigations of health and life insurance companies in order to evaluate appropriate recapture of reinsurance receivables and government coverage for customers of life insurance companies in liquidation. While at the firm, he also performed in-depth industry financial investigations in support of clients’ strategic expansion and investment decisions.
In addition to his Fellow role at Inovalon, Mr. Rizzo serves as a trustee at Loyola University Maryland, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, and is highly active in a number of philanthropic organizations serving disadvantages communities in Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Rizzo holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is active within the entrepreneurial, venture capital, and private equity community throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to this role, Mr. Wychulis was the president and member of the Executive Leadership Team of Inovalon, where he was responsible for the oversight of the Company’s day-to-day operations across its business units and the related industry insight support, client engagement, and strategic relationships. Prior to joining Inovalon in 2014, Mr. Wychulis served as the President of the WellPoint New York government program health plan, HealthPlus, an Amerigroup company, where he was responsible for the full P&L management of the company’s $1.9 billion product portfolio within the New York region. Mr. Wychulis was responsible for oversight of medical management, quality improvement, finance, compliance, human resources, government relations, provider contracting, marketing, enrollment, strategic planning, and the managed long-term care product. Mr. Wychulis played a pivotal role in working with state regulators in transforming New York’s Medicaid delivery system through the state’s Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT), worked on complex premium rate setting issues within the state, and served on the state’s quality incentive committee for the long-term care populations. Under Mr. Wychulis’ direction, the plan realized a 300-percent growth in membership and a 600-percent increase in premium revenue. In 2013, he was awarded WellPoint’s Pinnacle Award, the company’s highest management award. In the same year, HealthPlus was the most profitable of the 20 WellPoint government program plans, while maintaining an upper tier quality and outcome ranking, and achieving NCQA accreditation status for the plan.
Prior to joining WellPoint/Amerigroup, Mr. Wychulis served as President and CEO of the Florida Association of Health Plans, where he expanded the Association from 8 to 26 plans in 4 years. Mr. Wychulis was responsible for driving the successful development of public policy and legislation that resulted in a significant expansion of covered lives and an increase in hundreds of millions of dollars in additional revenue to the Florida managed care plans. He facilitated critical strategic relationships with the hospital, medical, and health advocacy community and associations. Mr. Wychulis also served as President and CEO of HealthPlan Southeast, a North Florida managed care company comprised of state employee, commercial, and Medicaid/CHP contracts. Mr. Wychulis was instrumental in improving the plan’s performance and positioning it to serve as the base for the successful acquisition and integration of multiple Florida managed care organizations that are now Coventry/Aetna Florida.
Mr. Wychulis received his Bachelor of Political Science degree from the City College of New York and his Master of Health Administration and Planning from the Wagner School of Public Administration at New York University.
