We develop, deploy, and enforce stringent administrative, technical, physical, privacy, and user safeguard policies across our environment to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable data regulations and laws.

Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation

We ensure that data transmission within our Platform is encrypted. Our data security and privacy is routinely measured and verified through customer and external auditor verifications, externally reviewed by industry-leading data security firms, and internally reviewed through ongoing evaluations of privacy and security practices to promote continuous improvement in safeguarding practices.

Security Certifications

We are HITRUST and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard certified. We also are a trusted partner to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under their Qualified Entity Program. We issue annual and periodic Service Organization Audit SOC1 and SOC2 Type 2 reports.
