Senior Director, Commercial RWD Analytics

Tasha Boshears, MPH, is a Senior Director, Commercial RWD Analytics, at Inovalon, where she partners with life science and healthcare organizations to design and lead commercial analytics and real-world evidence studies. Her work uses real-world data, including U.S. administrative claims, structured and unstructured EHR, hospital chargemaster, commercial laboratory, consumer spending, SDOH, and affiliations data, to support the full product lifecycle.

Prior to joining Inovalon, Tasha served as Director of Real-World Data Insights at HealthVerity, solutioning RWD projects across clinical, commercial, and RWE domains in life sciences. She worked in clinical trial linkage and external control arms for clinical trials, created triggering programs and NPI reporting for commercial analytics, and designed RWE studies for Medical Affairs, including adding clinical depth via EHR and laboratory data.

Tasha brings more than 10 years of experience designing and solutioning studies and projects using RWD. She holds an MPH in epidemiology and biostatistics from Washington University in St. Louis.
