At Inovalon, we are committed to delivering the total customer experience. As part of this pledge, we are continuously growing the volume and range of product education, training, and support resources available through our Help Center and Learning Center to foster enhanced, high-value product experiences for our customers.

Most recently, our Payer Customer Success team introduced the launch of customer product certification programs for Inovalon’s Converged Data Ingestion and Converged Quality cloud-based solutions. These multi-level programs help users get the most out of our software, so they are better empowered for success.

There are many benefits to customer product certification, including:

• May help meet professional or corporate goal requirements
• Serves as a validation of knowledge that can help job seekers stand out

Inovalon product certification program details

Inovalon product certifications are offered at no cost to Inovalon customers. Self-paced e-learning makes it easy to complete certification at the users’ convenience – with courses averaging 30 to 60 minutes in length.

Product certifications are offered at three levels:

• Fundamentals: This certification is designed for individuals who want to achieve foundational product knowledge. The content is tailored to leadership roles and cross-functional teams who may not use the application directly but will benefit from a basic understanding of the tool.
• Specialist: This certification is designed for individuals who desire a comprehensive understanding of the product from a user perspective. The content is tailored to those who use the tool regularly for their business functions.
• Expert: This certification is designed for individuals who are looking to further advance their already comprehensive product knowledge. It requires a passing score on the Expert certification exam.

Individuals receive a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of each level.  It’s easy to share these achievements with colleagues and peers by uploading the certificate to your preferred professional networking platform such as LinkedIn. (And don’t forget to share it with your manager!)

Converged Data Ingestion Product Certification – now available!

Converged Data Ingestion is a cloud-based data integration and validation tool that ingests healthcare data across disparate systems and sources to create the “single source of truth” that supports all Inovalon ONE^® Platform analytics processes for each customer.

The Converged Data Ingestion product certification program launched in September 2022, with more than 67 customers having completed at least one of the certifications available. Feedback on the Expert Certification for Converged Data Ingestion has been overwhelmingly positive:

Converged Quality Product Certification – now available!

Inovalon’s cloud-based Converged Quality solution is the nation’s most widely used healthcare quality data analysis and improvement software — supporting more than 100 health plans representing over 192 million covered lives, or more than 80% of all U.S. HEDIS^®-covered lives.¹

Offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) with native cloud-based architecture, Converged Quality allows for extremely scalable, high-speed compute performance and provides tools that health plans can leverage to obtain real-time, multidimensional reporting, along with the ability to generate CMS, NCQA, URAC, and state submissions.

The Converged Quality product certification program launched in late December 2023, with 59 customer learners having completed one or more certification levels during the HEDIS^® season! Learners are sharing their feedback on the value of this program:

How to get started with customer product certification

Product certification is offered free of charge to Inovalon customers. It’s easy to access – simply:

1. Login to the Inovalon Learning Center
2. Click on ‘INOVALON CERTIFICATION’ to view available programs
3. Click on the product certification level you would like to complete and follow the prompts to enroll
