Paige Kilian, M.D., oversees Inovalon’s medical directors and leads the clinical content, design, training, and compliance behind Inovalon’s software and analytics platforms.

With more than 20 years in healthcare, she is widely recognized for her expertise in applying data and analytics to clinical protocols, care guidelines, and regulatory policy adherence, work that earned her the Healthcare Business Women’s Association 2020 Luminary award.

Before joining Inovalon in 2007, Dr. Kilian practiced with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians as a Medical Director, managing patient care and clinical training for medical students and residents, and serves on the Johns Hopkins Osler Advisory Board.
