Philip Chan, Ph.D., M.S., partners with life sciences organizations to design and lead real-world evidence (RWE) studies using U.S. administrative claims data. His work focuses on generating payer-relevant evidence to support product value, market access, and lifecycle strategy across oncology, rare disease, and chronic conditions.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning clinical trials, epidemiology, and advanced analytics, he has authored more than 36 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in the American Journal of Managed Care and leading psychiatry journals. He has also taught graduate-level epidemiology and biostatistics and previously served as a biostatistician supporting psychiatric clinical research.

Phil holds a Ph.D. in Epidemiology and a Master of Science in Biostatistics from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University.
